With ten years of experience under her belt, Ariel founded Lift Hair Co. to be the high-touch, comfortable, client-first salon of her dreams. With experience working in some of the top salons in the tri-state area, she’s now turned her focus on providing comprehensive, hands-on education to the next generation of stylists. If you’re looking for natural, comfortable, hand-tied extensions or a lived-in blonde transformation, Ariel is your girl.
In the rare moments she’s not obsessing over her client’s hair you’ll find Ariel keeping busy raising 2 girls, 3 cats, and more plants than she can count.

While we aim to give you as accurate an idea of cost as possible before you visit us, some factors are out of our control until we see your hair in person. Prices vary based on your chosen service, hair type, length, and amount of product required to meet your hair goals. If you have a budget in mind for your hair, please let your stylist know when you arrive for your appointment! We will work out a plan for helping you leave with your dream hair without going above your budget.
Lift Hair Co. is located at 2 Tioronda Avenue in Beacon, New York.
Face frame: perfect for a pick-me-up around your face to maintain your brightness. Face-framing color is only in the front of your hair, around your face.
Partial: covers the front, sides, top, and down the back just enough to create a full veil of color, but does not color the underneath of your hair.
Full: your entire head!
We do not, we an an appointment only salon.
We work hard to maintain a peaceful, cozy environment for all of our guests. In order to ensure that everyone is comfortable (and due to our intentionally small space), we ask that you please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment or consultation.
There is free off-street parking available near the salon. If you would prefer a parking lot there is a municipal lot located on Van Nydek ave. that you can use.
No. There are a lot of factors that go into our extension installation process. Having an in-person consultation allows us to assess your current hair, color match your extensions, make a plan based on your end goal, and give you an accurate price quote.
With silicone-lined beads that are attached to your hair, and then wefts that are sewn onto the beads. These beads act as anchors, meaning that there is no glue or tape involved. This makes our custom extensions better for your scalp and your hair.
With proper maintenance and at-home care, your extension hair can last anywhere from 9-12 months.
Your extensions will need to be lifted every 6-9 weeks. Timing between each lifting appointment varies from person to person.
Yes! You can do pretty much everything with your extensions, as long as you prep your hair beforehand and wash it afterwards. This goes for chlorine pools, beaches, and even before and after an intense workout. You will also want to ensure that you’re using extension-safe sunscreen.
We give such a wide estimate on our website to account for factors such as extension length (we offer extensions ranging from 14 to 24 inches), hair density, color needs, and desired end goal. Your extension quote includes hair, installation, and a haircut to blend your extensions.

SALON POLICIES
In order to secure your appointment you must leave a CC on file. This information is safely entered into our scheduling system and secured. In the event of a cancelation less than 24 hours or no call/no show, your credit card will be charged.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
Here at Lift we do not double book, your appointment time is reserved only for you. Once your appointment is confirmed, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel. This also goes for downgrading appointments which result in a time adjustment. If an appointment is cancelled or adjusted without 24 hours notice, a $35 fee will be charged to your card on file and/or added to your service.
Cancellation Fee
As a courtesy, 3 days prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply to. However, if you do not confirm and we are unable to reach you to confirm that appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
Confirmation Reminders
Not showing up to your appointment and not letting us know is not cool. 50% of the service scheduled will be charged to the credit card on file. In order to re-schedule a 50% deposit may be required.
No Call/No Show
There are absolutely no refunds for any services including extensions. If you are unhappy please don’t hesitate and let us know within a week from your service!
